Lost, Damaged or Undeliverable Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or email and is returned to us, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
