Returns & Exchanges – We’ve Got You Covered!

Need to return something?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. This includes items that are damaged, defective, have any product issues or wrong size.

Before purchase, as well as when requesting an exchange, check our size chart to make sure you get the perfect fit. Remember, colors might look slightly different on screens because every device displays them differently.

Please keep in mind, we are not able to allow for an exchange. After refund is complete, new purchase needs to follow. 

How to return:

  1. Damaged, defective, or product issues: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a product issue, email us within 2 days of receiving it at info@thecheckin.ie, including a photo. We’ll review it and make it right!

  2. Wrong size: To be eligible, your item should be in the same condition you received it - unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

    The cost of shipping your return is covered by you, the customer. To start a return, email us at info@thecheckin.ie within 14 days from receiving your order. Don’t send items back before getting instructions - we’ll guide you through the process!

Shipping & delivery notes

  • Estimated delivery dates are just that - estimates.

  • If your package is lost in transit, let us know within 10 days of the estimated delivery date to be eligible for a refund or re-shipment.

  • If your package can’t be delivered because of a wrong address or email provided, or is not collected from customs, and it’s returned to us and reshipping costs are on the customer. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is eligable to be processed. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take a little extra to process it.

Tip for smooth exchanges
Returning your item first and placing a new order is usually the fastest way to get what you want.
